Planning to Protect Your Estate

Our attorneys advise clients in all areas of estate planning, including the creation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Our goal is to help people protect their assets and interests during their lifetime so the assets can pass on to their heirs. We know that careful estate planning may help avoid litigation in the future — we focuse on dispute prevention rather than dispute resolution.

The firm also assists survivors and heirs in the probate process. We compassionately work with families to close their loved one's estate according to the decedent's recognized will or North Carolina state law.

We are located in the historic Sherwood House, circa 1850. The home was associated with the publishers of the Greensborough Patriot.

The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
