Clayton B. Krohn, Attorney at Law

Clayton has more than 20 years of experience and devotes much of his practice to estate, fiduciary, business, and real estate disputes and litigation. He has successfully represented individuals and businesses through all stages of litigation, including appeals to the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Clayton also represents clients in real estate transactions, contract formation and interpretation, estate administration, and business formation.

Clayton is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association Litigation Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Sections, the North Carolina State Bar, and the Greensboro Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal District Courts in North Carolina.

Clayton received his undergraduate degree in double bass performance from Michigan State University and his graduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he served as a Graduate Assistant and was a recipient of the Fletcher Fellowship. He graduated from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 1997 where he was chosen as a member of the National Mock Trial Team. Clayton enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing music, and reading.

We are located off West Friendly Avenue in downtown Greensboro in the historic Sherwood House, circa 1850.

The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and was associated with the publishers of the Greensborough Patriot.
